Special Equations on CD

July 12th, 2013

Hello! The CDs have arrived!

I am going on holiday tomorrow but I will try to honour any sales within a couple of days, because I am PRE-PREPARING JIFFY BAGS.

June 30th, 2013

Well, technically it’s out tomorrow, but it’s ALWAYS TOMORROW SOMEWHERE IN THE WORLD!?

The CDs are still being made, somewhere in a factory in some country somewhere, but if you buy now then you get the download immediately and then you can fall in love with the album ALL OVER AGAIN when the CD unexpectedly arrives in a couple of weeks. Also it will feel like a present to yourself, as long as you promise to forget that you bought it.

Special Equations and Related Stuff!

June 9th, 2013

After a uncharacteristically lengthy GAP, I finally have a new album ready for YOU, the reader. Technically the “gap” contained at least two “sub-album releases”, but who is counting? Are you counting?

Anyway. OUT NOW: “Dennis”, the pre-album single, containing collaborations with the wonderful Expendable Friend!

December 31st, 2012

2012 is almost over. I did a few gigs, released a few things, made a video and had some radio play. Also LARDPONY returned!

Things I haven’t posted here before now, due to lazy, useless:

ARMAGEDDON TOGETHER – Apocalyptic single released on 21st December, JUST IN CASE.

TOO COLD FOR CATS – A lo-fi album, written and recorded in November. Yours for free.

CRY ME A RIVER – the 2012 version is now up on the Cry Me a River Project page. It went a bit wrong, but there’s still lots to love! Right? RIGHT?

More in 2013! Hopefully!

Happy Halloween!

Hello there!

I’ve got a new single coming out next week, ‘Vampires Will Always Break Your Heart’. It will be available from House vs Home Records (as a digital download, with an exclusive b-side) from November 1st!

Today I made a video with help from some friends, and here it is…

New Album-in-a Day: 12-08-12

August 11th, 2012

Today (technically yesterday) I wrote and recorded an album, much in the same way that I wrote and recorded an album in September 2006.

Now I am releasing it. Click the cover!

Book my Face

Hullo! I am lazier than ever at updating this thing. However, there has been a development! I can now be “liked” on Facebook, which should lead to more accurate updates if I get a gig, or do a new album, or release “Cat on the Pitch (Dubstep Remix)” in an attempt to cash in on whatever that was.

Click Here and hit ‘Like’ to do the DEED.

In sort-of-related news, I have also re-released ‘Hide & Seek’ via bandcamp. I was listening back to it the other day for INSPIRATION and found it a bit muddy-sounding so I added some extra SPARKLE and three bonus tracks that I had lingering around from the same recording sessions.

It’s still free!

Next gig at the moment is July 22nd, at the Red House in Sheffield, as part of the Tram Lines festival.

I am pleased to announce that the 2011 entry into the Cry Me A River Project is now online, and it was produced using the excellent Android app, Nanoloop.

Also, I have just made Plots & Plans into a free download, why not.

Also also, I suppose I could tell you what things I have liked this year, couldn’t I? WELL OK!
